 1. Standard Cleaning (Maintenance Cleaning)
Our Standard Cleaning is designed for homes that are already in generally good condition and need routine upkeep.

This service includes:
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Wiping accessible surfaces in kitchen and bathroom 
• Cleaning the exterior of appliances
• Kitchen wipe-down and sanitation
• Full bathroom cleaning (toilet, sink, mirror, and tub/shower)

This option is ideal for clients who regularly clean, but need an extra helping hand when life gets busy.

2. Standard Plus Cleaning
Standard Plus includes everything in a Standard Cleaning with additional attention to moderate buildup in one area and everyday living messes

Additional tasks may include:
• Extra attention to stovetop grease and food buildup
• Detailed cleaning of sinks, showers, and toilets with soap film removal
• Removal of pet hair from floors and surfaces 

This is recommended for active households, homes with pets, or homes that have gone longer between cleanings.

 3. Standard Deep Cleaning (Maintained Homes)

This service is intended for homes that are maintained but need periodic detailing beyond routine cleaning. It helps reset the home so recurring services can be performed properly without cleaning on top of buildup OR for move out cleanings for maintained homes

4. Deep Cleaning (Top-to-Bottom Detail Cleaning)
Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard and Standard Plus with additional detailed cleaning throughout the property.

This service includes:
• Baseboard cleaning
• Light fixture dusting and cleaning
• Detailed bathroom and kitchen scrubbing
• Inside appliances (oven and refrigerator when accessible)

 Deep cleanings are commonly recommended for move-in or move-out cleanings, first-time clients, or homes with noticeable buildup.
Our deep cleaning goes beyond surface cleaning to remove dirt, dust, and allergens, leaving your space refreshed and sanitized.

5. Meeka’s Comprehensive Deep Cleaning & Organization. / Post-Construction Cleanup

This is our highest level service and most detailed package.

It includes everything in the Deep Cleaning plus intensive detailing and organization

This service is recommended for post-construction, heavy buildup, long-term neglect, or full property reset projects.

Kitchen & Dining Areas

• Countertops cleared, cleaned, sanitized, and items replaced neatly

• Exterior cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and handles cleaned

• Appliance exteriors cleaned and polished

• Small appliances moved and cleaned underneath/behind

• Sink, faucet, and backsplash deep cleaned and sanitized

• Interior microwave cleaned

• Stove top detailed and degreased

• Trash area wiped and sanitized

Bathrooms

• Showers, tubs, tile, and grout deep cleaned

• Glass, fixtures, and mirrors polished

• Toilets cleaned and sanitized inside and out

• Countertops, sinks, and vanities sanitized

Whole-Home Detailing

• High and low dusting of accessible surfaces

• Cobweb removal

• Detailed mopping for complete floor sanitation

Service Enhancement

• One contractor bag filled with trash or recycling and placed in a designated disposal bin within 100 feet of the front door
