Luxury Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

Discounted Monthly Multi-Unit Rates

• 2–3 Bedrooms / 2–2.5 Bathrooms: $250
• 4 Bedrooms / 2–3 Bathrooms: $350

• 2–3 Bedrooms: $360
• 4 Bedrooms: $420

Laundry Service

Laundry service includes removing linens from the property, washing, drying, and returning them to the property.

Flat-Rate Linen Service

• 0–3 Beds (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers): $65
• 4–8 Beds (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers): $85
• Folding Service: Additional $20

Towel Service

• $2.50 per pound

Monthly Discount Program

To qualify for discounted monthly rates, clients must have a minimum of five scheduled check-outs per month and submit payment in full by the 1st of each month.

If additional bookings are added beyond the prepaid cleanings, those additional cleanings will be billed at the same discounted rate.

Clients who do not meet the five-cleaning minimum or prefer not to prepay monthly may utilize our regular pay-as-you-go pricing.

**New Client Probationary Period**

All Airbnb turnover services begin with a probationary period of 3–4 cleanings. This allows both parties to ensure the partnership is a good fit and that expectations are aligned before entering into a long-term service arrangement.

Scheduling & Payment Policy

Monthly Clients

Monthly Airbnb service payments are non-refundable once submitted. Payment reserves your scheduled cleaning dates and guarantees availability for the agreed-upon turnovers.

Pay-As-You-Go Clients

Payment is due immediately upon completion of each cleaning service. Once the turnover cleaning has been completed and the service has been provided, payment must be submitted promptly.

Additional Cleanings

Additional cleanings requested outside of the pre-approved schedule are subject to availability. While we cannot guarantee last-minute availability, we make every effort to accommodate additional turnover requests for our recurring clients whenever possible.
